Prostitution charge dropped against local attorney
One of the charges against a local attorney has been dropped. James Doyle was stopped in Pembroke in August after he was allegedly driving erratically. Police say they found Doyle parked illegally, slumped over the wheel, with a woman they believed to be a prostitute. Doyle maintained the woman was a friend. Tuesday the prostitution charge was dropped. The charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawfully Dealing With A Child still stand. [13WHAM]
