On Sunday, at 1:08 A.M., a 22-year-old in Ohio was arrested for a DUI. He was processed and released within an hour. Then he got RIGHT BACK into his car . . . and was pulled over and arrested again. Because of the time change, that second arrest ALSO happened at exactly 1:08 A.M. (The Smoking Gun)
Last year, Walmart opened at 10:00 P.M. on Thanksgiving for Black Friday. Other stores responded by shifting their openings to midnight, and Toys "R" Us even moved their opening to 9:00 P.M. The mother of "Modern Family" actress ARIEL WINTER says all this custody chaos started because she tried to come between 14-year-old Ariel and her 18-year-old boyfriend. Supposedly, she caught them messing around in bed and broke it up, then went to the cops. But TMZ says she didn't file a police report against the boyfriend until five days AFTER she lost custody of Ariel. (TMZ)
