The long-awaited debut album from Thom Yorke's side project Atoms for Peace will be titled Amok, according to a post on Radiohead's official website. It will be available on February 25th, but you can pre-order it on CD or vinyl now. The first single from the album, Default, was released on September 10th.
The group, which features bassist Flea, drummer Joey Waronker, percussionist Mauro Refosco and producer/guitarist Nigel Godrich, came together on Yorke's 2010 tour in support of his solo disc The Eraser. "[We] discovered a good energy doing that," Yorke wrote on the Radiohead website. "And it fell into this record."
