Glee star Lea Michele is offering her first public words since the death of co-star and real-life boyfriend Cory Monteith earlier this month.
Michele took to Twitter Monday to thank everyone for helping her through this time. She said "Cory will forever be in my heart," and included a link to a picture of the two of them together. Monteith died on July 13th from an overdose of drugs and alcohol. His and Michele's Glee characters - Finn and Rachel - also dated on the Fox series.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy recently said Cory's character would be killed off the show and that Lea helped make the call about Fin's fate on the series.
